SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING - To qualify for Free Shipping, your order should total $75.00 or more & the shipping address must be within the contiguous 48 United States.

ALL CUSTOMERS - Please note that we are not able to ship to PO boxes.   Internet orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time.  Please understand that if you select "Expedited Shipping" on an order placed between Friday morning & Sunday evening, it may not be possible for us to fulfill this request.  We will always, of course, advise you if stock shortages will cause extra processing time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - There may be additional tariffs, taxes or fees associated with importing an item into your country.  The shipping charges using UPS, on our default checkout page, do not include any other importation fees you may incur.

 To avoid unexpected tariffs, taxes or fees, we recommend using our Global Checkout instead of the default checkout process.  Your order will then be shipped using FedEx and/or DHL.  Click here for more information.  

If you choose to use UPS, Please contact your local government for the additional shipping information you may require.  On most international shipments, signatures will be required to verify receipt.

RETURNS


Refund/Return Policy -  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 calendar days, after delivery of the product, for an exchange or refund.  After 7 calendar days, at our discretion, we will offer a refund in the manner in which the item was paid for, or an exchange, or a store credit.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".  New, unaltered and unused condition is considered as "without showing signs of use, wear or damage in any way", and in the original packaging.

The basic points of our Refund/Return Policy are:

  • Item to be returned shows no signs of use, wear or damage in any way, and is in its original packaging
  • Portland Luggage is contacted within 7 calendar days of its delivery date
  • Refunds are contingent upon our inspection of each item returned
  • Item must not be a Special Order, or something we do not carry in our stores

If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped by us,  please contact our Customer Support immediately.  Defective or incorrect items qualify for store credit or refund.

Portland Luggage seeks to make the buying of merchandise online as easy as possible and therefore does not charge a restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless Portland Luggage is in error for the need of the return.
