What is a "cookie?"
A cookie is a text-only string that gets entered into the memory of your
browser. This value of a variable that a website sets. If the lifetime of this
value is set to be longer than the time you spend at that site, then this string
is saved to file for future reference.
Enabling cookies in your browser
To use this site you must have cookies enabled or unblocked. Please check your web browsers settings to enable them. Here is a list of a few common browsers. If you cannot find your browser in the list below, you will need to search the internet for additional help.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
IE Version 6.X
- Go to Tools on top of browser
- Choose Internet Options
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Default setting is medium. Move the slider to determine which setting you prefer
- You can also click on Advanced for more specific cookie settings.
- NOTE: You must allow 1st-party cookies
- Press OK
- Press Apply
- Press OK

- Go to Tools on top of browser
- Choose Internet Options
- On bottom of list, go to Security tab
- Choose the Internet content zone
- Choose Custom Level
- Scroll down to Cookies in the list and choose either: Enable or Prompt
- Scroll down to Allow per-session cookies (not stored) in the list and choose either:
Enable or Prompt before accepting cookies
- Press OK
- Press Apply
- Press OK

- Go to View on top of browser
- Choose Internet Options on bottom of list
- Go to Advanced tab on far right Scroll down to Cookie box in list Choose either:
Always accept cookies or Prompt before accepting cookies

- Throw away new cookies on exit
