Our Luggage Doctors will complete
the repair work, and have you ready for your next adventure as quickly as
possible.
For in-store customers, simply present your original warranty form, along with the
item to be repaired, and let us do the rest! For our internet customers, you must give us your information and subscribe to our newsletter to be eligible for the 2-Year Warranty. Simply email info@portlandluggage.com for instructions on how to mail your bag to us for repair.
Personal leather goods,
travel accessories, and items sold "as is" are covered exclusively by existing
manufacturers warranties.
The Ultimate Luggage Warranty is provided to
cover repair work and excludes replacement as well as normal wear and tear.
Items deemed beyond repair by our Luggage Doctors are not included in this
warranty.
Shipping charges, for items requiring Factory Servicing, are
the customer's responsibility.
We strive to provide our customers with
the highest quality luggage repair & servicing. Although cosmetic changes
may result, the structural integrity of all repaired items will be restored.
