Voltage Valet's Ungrounded A plug is for use in North, Central and South America. It is intended for use with nongrounded voltage converters, transformers and dual voltage appliances.  Modifies North American polarized plugs to fit the non-polarized Japanese outlet. This plug simply allows you to plug into the wall.  It does not convert power.  Please check your appliances to see if they are dual voltage.
